Proper Builders are proper builders! Pawel and his team went above and beyond our expectations when we tasked them with an upstairs bathroom conversion and utility room build. Having their expertise and vast knowledge was a godsend when it came to dealing with the aspects of our wonky Victorian house and our no-so-accurate measuring. It was also massively valuable to have their suggestions and ideas for certain aspects of our project which we overlooked. We are very happy with the end result - the team take great pride in their work and it shows. He came round and measure, said would let me know the quotation, never heard from them again and chased and received no response. If he had said they were not interested it would have been ok but heard nothing since clearly wasted both our times.

After taking a leap of faith in John he was a complete let down, he said one thing and did something else, he could not repair a pipe and required a lot of attention and hand holding. The only save and grace was I did not sign any contracts for the said works nor had he started any of the works. I would certainty not endorse him and had to let him go.
