I am so over the moon with my new bathroom. I had a plan in my head and could see how it would look, and Andrew has brought my plan to life. He really made the process as smooth as possible, despite having to negotiate me, my partner, 5 cats and a dog! He was knowledgeable, polite and always on hand to answer any questions or queries. We went away for a week and I had complete trust in Andrew - we got back and saw our gorgeous new room! Their communication was good and they arrived and completed to the timescales promised. I found them friendly, reliable, trustworthy and helpful throughout. Employed him to plaster x4 walls and only 3 completed. Tiling he did not complete and said he cannot come back until new year so had to get someone else. He said he could fit kitchens but struggled and constantly called for assistance I had to get someone else to finish and rectify issues caused. Unfortunately I paid him and he will not refund any money and says to wait until NY not good with toddler running around!!

Please do not hire this company they are totally unprofessional. They took 7 weeks when they said it would be completed in 2 to fit my kitchen and it's still not complete after 11 weeks. They continuously said they were coming and didn't turn up or text to arrange another day, even at weekends causing me to alter prior arrangements.During the fitting they made mistakes like cutting my work top that the sink then didn't fit in so I had to buy a replacement sink at my own cost. We are now finding wiring not finished and possibly dangerous. Overflow not connected and flooded the cabinet under the sink. Although they did come back to inspect the problems it just ended in abusive and threatening behaviour from them on my doorstep. They are now accusing us of deliberately sabotaging our kitchen to reduce payment which is a joke as I now have to hire a qualified electrician and gas fitter to make sure the kitchen is safe. So will be out of pocket. They have threaten court action against me which I'm more than happy to proceed with to ensure no one else has to put up with their poor workmanship and abusive threats. I could fill pages and pages with their mistakes and unprofessional behaviour but STEER CLEAR, you have been warned!!!!!!!

We were very impressed by Lewis and Luke, they were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with designing the bench and kitchen. Lots of contact leading up to the work taking place. The bench and kitchen both look superb. Lewis even came back a few days later to complete some additional work for us. Hired Nathan to fit a shower and tile around it replace bath, toilet and sink. As soon as the shower was fitted and was told it was ok to use there was a leak underneath the bathtub which he was made aware of and supposedly fixed. After the job was finished we noticed water had started dripping through our living room ceiling downstairs, the toilet was also leaking and there is smell coming from it, it also wobbles as you sit down or gently touch it. He has been on more than 3 occasions to fix these issues but nothing has changed. We still cant use the shower/bath as it leaks onto the floorboard, the toilet leaks and wobbles. We initially agreed on the phone that we would get a quote from someone else to fix the issues which he would pay for but he is now going back on his word offering £100 for resealing with silicone ( Which he has done on all the occasions he has come to fix the leak and it hasn't helped) The bath is covered in silicone including around the shower screen which is very messy and still leaks. we have managed to get other quotes (which are more than £100) and have been informed nothing has been installed properly we were shown how the toilet/shower and bath are not properly attached to the wall. The surprising thing is Nathan didn't seem to know what was causing the leaks in the first place which make me doubt he is a plumber. We have been left with a toilet we cant use and a wet ceiling that we now need to have fixed. Surely this is not right?
