This was a challenging project - may sound straightforward but in fact had a number of otherwise sound tradesmen not feeling up to the challenge. Julian's confidence in tackling the job arose from his intelligent approach to manufacturers' data and installation procedures and his willingness to pay careful attention to our requirements. Both meticulous and methodical in his approach to the project he has proved to be an exceptional tradesman, utterly reliable, considerate and quite exceptionally accommodating in revising the work schedule to suit the weather. We have already decided to engage him for a further upcoming project and would with confidence recommend him for his all round qualities and ability.

Gareth gave us confidence that he understood the issues involved in the job and clearly had a very professional eye for detail. He made practical suggestions and clearly took a pride in his work. He was fastidiously clean regularly hoovering and tidying up. He and his apprentice spent time making sure that chips of tiles were not left for our dogs to damage their paws on our lawn! He was always very pleasant and it was a pleasure to have him working in our property. We would highly recommend him for your consideration. I was very impressed with Andy's professional attitude and skill In tiling over 70 sq metres of floor tiling for us, even though the floors were not as truly level as first thought and the job took him a lot longer than he had first estimated Andy persevered regardless, he managed to get them perfectly level and looking great, and although It was a lot more work than first thought he did not complain or Increase the original price agreed, I am looking forward to hiring Andy for a complete bathroom In the New Year and do not hesitate In recommending his services.
