Ive been self employed 30 plus years im a kitchen installer with my own company, i had to get another tiler in due to my normal tiler being on holiday so i gave the job to jason, All i can say is the tiling job carried out has nearly ruined my reputation with this customer 50% of the tiles have had to be removed and retiled to which there has been no refund as to which ive paid out my own pocket as a result will not be using again due to lack of communication and very poor workmanship

Had a full bathroom done first fix. They were very reasonable in price. But it was a shame they didn't follow instructions that was given to them having had to move all the pipe work and waste for the bath as it was put in the wrong place. Spoke to them over on a number of different times over the two weeks as they said they will come and sort it. But never did so not very reliable. So I have ended up doing the second fix myself as I could not rely on them.

Thief!!! Don’t hire him,he’s a crook!! He takes advantage of people who don’t know much about building(always he want to buy everything for you and steal at the end) Don’t fall for his first appearance. I’ve requested for receipt of things he bought for me,more than 3weeks and he hasn’t been able to provide it(he took almost the rest of the things he bought for me to his house ) I’ve again requested for the quote we all agreed on(which he wrote in his diary)same he hasn’t been able to provide it. I bought turbo drive screws(500 qualities) from trade point,he used less than 15 screws and took the rest to his house. Have a lot to say but I will meet him in court.
