Awful to sum it up. Please do not go anywhere near this company, having paid over £1,300 pounds for tiles and fitting the tiles and grout became loose after only 4 weeks. I was told it was because of water coming from the floor possibly a leak. However I have had a laminate floor for over 5 years with no sign of a leak or water rising from beneath the kitchen floor. Darek, came out for the second and third time, however once again the tiles and grout have slowly started to fall come loose and very dangerous, Darek now refuses to respond to calls and messages I have also been told by a few tilers either the floor has not been levelled or incorrect grout has been used and probably incorrect mixing of the glue. I have only given one start as it does not allow me to give no stars. Very disappointed, stay well away from this company

I worked for a large plastering company in Lincolnshire for a number of years before going on my own. I also have years of experience with all aspects of tiling to a very high standard. Ive also worked in property maintenance. I am reliable, punctual, always work to a high standard and working and leaving the work place clean and tidy is essential.
