The initial job was to repoint the main wall on our converted barn. We were extremely impressed with Andy's work and so got him to convert an old fish pond to a fire pi with seating area which we are looking forward to using. Really good VfM and quality.

Hired John to knock down my garage and take up large driveway. Got it all arranged quickly and the job was complete in a quick and professional way. The did the demolition and took all the rubbish away within two days so I was able to carry on with the landscaping quickly. Him and his team were all helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't be more happy with the porch that Dave & James built for me. I have a character property and had a very specific idea of what I wanted and they got it spot on. They were extremely sympathetic to the original cottage and my new addition looks like it has been there forever. I decided to go with an Oak front door which James fitted and it's perfect. I was very pleased to see both Dave and James turn up each morning before I headed off for work so that we could have a catch up. I really, really appreciated this gesture. The work was completed on time as promised. I will most definitely be using David James Construction in the future with the landscaping of my front garden being the next project. I am so pleased to have found reliable, skilled and trustworthy tradesmen who I know I will go back to time and time again. Tristan and his brother are highly experienced in Stonemasonry. A huge amount of cement was removed and stones were replaced and repointed with lime stone mortar in the walls of our house. When we wanted another bit of work done on the back of our house Tristan came back on a Saturday so that next client would not be delayed. Tristan is a very good communicator and we are delighted with the result of his work. We will use this firm again for any future stonemasonry work. Highly recommend
