I chose Phil from a shortlist of four people who came to quote on the basis of price but probably more importantly, the fact that he understood what I was after straight away. After accepting his quote and being provided with an estimated start date, I received much appreciated regular email updates. The job went without a hitch and was completed comfortably within two days - a clear testament to the skill and experience of Phil and his helper.
