We requested some repairs to our front garden wall, which was crumbling in places from age and wear. Joe was responsive, prompt and happy to talk through the process of exactly what he intended to do and why he was choosing to do it that way. Naturally I'm not a tradesman myself but he gave me the names of the components used to repair the wall, the process he'd be following so I could investigate further and confirm that this was the right call for us. The job was done over the course of two non-connected days, a break being needed because of the low temperatures being at risk of damaging the quality of the work, but Joe was communicative of what he was doing and when he intended to do it, so we didn't feel that we were de-prioritised or forgotten about at any point. The work looks to be of good quality and the wall is solid and clean-looking now. Would certainly consider Tailormade for future works.Latest review:Repointing-

Daniel did an amazing job re-pointing the whole front face of our house. The original brickwork was in a terrible state and it looked like new after Daniel had finished. He was also very flexible in doing other bits of work that we noticed while the scaffolding was up. Daniel turned up on time, worked hard and communicated well, plus he's generally just a nice guy. The price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended.

He carried out the work of repointing the bricks and installing covers on vented bricks to a good standard. He also helped with waterproofing a wall which was not discussed before. He tidied up a few bricks outside the discussed work at no charge. Overall his charges are reasonable and I found him adaptable and cooperative to deal with. Sean and his team installed a lovely patio at the top of my garden in beautiful grey porcelain tile, they also erected a pergola over part of the patio. The area by the house was enhanced with extra loose stones and the lawn was edged with the same edging brick as the patio. Very happy with the work, they all worked very hard and kept me informed along the way. They also cleared up at the end of the work. Steven and his team did a great job, they showed up when they said, they were tidy in their work, and the decking looks great!
