1/5 AVOID. AVOID AVOID. Appeared very nice and polite initially. He then BROKE the tamper device off my siren. He then said he would replace it. (he is now saying I consented to him breaking it...) It is several days later, and he has no intention of doing so. He has admitted in writing that he was the one who broke it. How can you be clearer then that? Furthermore he claimed to have knowledge with the Ajax alarm system. He installed the PIR detectors at around 1.5m, - when the manual specifies, exactly 2.4m, inc why, with massive pictures. He then became stroppy, when he was asked to move them. After text back and forth, he now thinks i consented to him breaking the product, and I should be grateful he did the job due to reschedules. - quite frankly he is doing everything out of his power to get out of his mistakes. AVOID using this man. He REFUSES to FIX problems he, himself MADE. He REFUSES to provide his INSURANCE company details. We will have our day in court.

The job is still unfinished pending the attention of a new tradesperson over the coming days. My general feedback is that the quality of work dabbled in by those in question, despite no work being completed fully, is not up to scratch and their attention to detail is a little short of pathetic. The tradespeople in question turned up late every day and charged more than the amount we had initially agreed in writing. Despite the fact that I did agree to pay an increment, in addition to the agreed amount, their attitude became more and more careless, cocky and disrespectful and of course the price for this job kept increasing. The last time had the pleasure of their expertise, I reluctantly used google translate to explain that there is no more room for negotiation on the grounds that I was already paying more than we had agreed in writing. I have not heard from them since.

I would have given this team 100% across board for their performance if not for one little thing. However, here is how I rate the firm: 1) Friendliness = 100% 2) Skill and ability to find solutions to complex problems =100% 3) Execution = 80% ( 20% was deducted because the forgot to fill one of the holes that were created). 4) Price =They will not be the cheapest but they made me happiest after listening to the plans of other teams. I think they are capable of delivering value for money for those ready to pay for something better. Overall I think this company's phone number is one for keeping and I would recommend others to use them and store their number for next time.
