He told me that he had inadequate insurance and was unwilling to upgrade it. Fair enough - but rather disappointing. We cancelled the contract. I cannot leave positive feedback.

Latest review:Security Systems-Do not hire them or if you do make sure you do not pay them beforehand. They will insist on paying up front, but you will regret it if you do. I got taken for a ride for £249.00 which was essentially for 40 minutes actual work( no hardware cost included) Made up excuses why he could not finish the job, and quoted another £400 later on for finishing the job. So, in effect I paid £249.00 for a quote that they state to give for free. DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
Alistair maintained good communication throughout and came to the property on time and did the job. Would highly recommend. Thank you for the excellent service.
