We had damp and water ingress from our chimney stack, which didn't seem to have been touched since the house was built in 1883. I wanted all the possible causes for the problem repaired and Mike obliged, reflaunching and repointing the stack and installing new clay flues on top of the pots. His team was also tidy and considerate, repairing two cracked slates within 24 hours of the works at no extra charge.

- Get in touch"Never trust this engineer. I gave him a job, and he assured me he would come in the morning. The tenant waited for him all day, but he never showed up." Since we left the review, this builder and his partner (possibly his wife) have been constantly calling us, insulting us over the phone, and threatening to visit the property they were supposed to inspect for a quotation in order to cause vandalism unless we remove the review. We had to block their phone number and report their behavior to the police. As I said, he agreed to go to the property to look for the roof leaking, and it was really urgent. and tenant wait him all day and he never show up
