Jamie is a cracking lad– honest, reliable, and works very cleanly. He replaced several broken slates and sorted a couple of damaged ridge tiles for us. He kept me informed throughout the job, explaining what he was doing at each stage, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find that level of communication and care these days. I am having a garage conversion and wet room. The builders are doing a fantastic job. At every point they check I am happy with each step and check exactly how I want them to do anything before it is done. Very polite and is willing to explain anything I don’t understand. Very trustworthy and will use again next year for further work. Definitely highly recommend these builders.

Reach where superb builders of my 1st story home office extension & balcony. They gave a competitive quote & I visited 3 of their current/previous projects/ clients which gave me the confidence in the quality of work & assurance of their reliability. They where able to start the job withing months of quoting & the job was completed with a 5-6week delay- (due to a window supply issue from another contractor). There where terrible weather issues during the build with multiple storms which resulted in flooding internally when the roof was off. Vince & Suzie came out personally at a,weekend to help clear the water & debris & provided dehumidifiers so it was sorted. Graeme their site manager/ supervisor is superb- great communication on every stage of the build, checking finishes & discussing options, dealing with subcontractors & suppliers. Their joiners where amazing- highly skilled,efficient, polite always, they cleaned the site each day & completion of snags superb- above & beyond duty.

Alan replied very promptly. He did a thorough inspection of the problem unlike some other firms. He came on time to do the job and carried it out as he had explained. The problem was water leaking in and around the chimney. It looks a very competent repair and I would recommend Alan.
