We had felt replaced for a section of roof, which was to include making repairs to the roof around the boiler flue (see correspondence in attached pictures). We were told the job was completed and paid the full amount of £3500 for the two days work in good faith. I later found the area of roof surrounding the boiler flue had not been repaired (see photo), and I have not been able to get Leonard back to finish the job (over a month has passed now). I keep being met with false promises or told he is too busy to compete the work. I wonder, if I hadn’t paid yet would he still be too busy to finish the job? Very disappointed. We’ve paid a lot of money here, have an incomplete job, and are now going to be forced to pay someone else to finish the work.

I didn't manage to meet Nick during the job however he is polite and helpful on the phone. Two layers of torch on felt applied over a couple of days due to the weather. Just needed a few tiles replacing on my grade II listed property with a very steep roof. Came in with a very realistic quote having been quoted extortionate prices elsewhere. And was able to come the following morning to do the work required. W&B came out quickly to inspect the roof and explained that the lead flashing had cracked. They came out a week later to repair the roof and it was all done within an hour.
