Ch roofing were the only company which gave a correct diagnosis of the issue (water leaking in through cement between the ridge tiles). All other companies suggested condensation which was clearly not correct. The team arrived promptly by 8.00 every day and worked hard until 5.00, they did not spend hours on their phones or sat in their vehicles, but diligently got on with the roofing. Fortunately we have not had rain since the job was finished, but we are confident it was well done by a responsible and professional company.

Toby did a fantastic job, correcting all the works identified on my independent damp report. - fitting airbricks and replacing lead flashing to glass conservatory roof. He has also replaced all my soffits, fascias, barge boards, and gutters and repaired the verges. He was excellent at explaining what needed doing and there were no nasty surprises. His work ethic and quality of workmanship is amazing. I really appreciated him coordinating with the painter and scaffolding guys to get some exterior painting done at the same time. If you need an honest reliable tradesman who communicates well and charges a fair price for excellent work, Toby is your man!

We have been having problems with the roof over a number of years 2 roofers had try to solve problem with no success I hired Shane who diagnosed the problem straightaway . The original roofer forgot to Lay a course of slates under the leadlead work Shane turned up dead on time did the job tided up And gave a guarantee for the work I would have no hesitation in hiring him again Not only was he efficient he was a pleasure to employ
