David was superb from start to finish. From his promptness of response on my posting, to the speed of his availability, to the quality, care and speed of his work - a great service all round. David even went above and beyond, pointing out other issues, and quoting fairly for them once found. He explained exactly his thought process for the improvements and the products he was using and instilled a sense of deep knowledge of the issues he was fixing. Overall, this was the best building experience I have had, albeit the job was relatively small. Thank you David!

Excellent service. They didn't take a deposit and had materials delivered to the site in advance. They then turned up with four guys and did the job in one day. It is a very good finish on a new rubber flat roof. I highly recommend them.

installed a draining board that didn't drain, unwilling to fix problem can't even paint a wall properly,15 bricks at bottom of wall, refused to paint them, no attemt to paint behind cooker, very visible area, unable to cut old ends of wallpaper before painting, new wallpaper unsticking,picture hook holes to big not parallel to floor, does stuff you don't want or need, you can't watch even a bit what he is doing.he takes stuff from your house.and he is very slow then wants more money, any money you give him he will text you later that he has received it, and sometimes doesn't,grouting/sealent has yellow oil in it not white,

Milen, initially came as I had a leak in my ensuit where the tiles had lost their grout. He was very honest in giving me advice, and regrouted at a very reasonable price. He then came a month later to remove the tiles in the shower and replace the plaster protection board, then retiled. He purchased all the products and gave me advice on the most valuable sustainable tiles. The work was carried out a to very high level, I would most definitely hire Milen in the future, and highly recommend him.
