Very proffessional and helpful company. Wind had blown tiles off my roof, some had become dislodged and still remained on the roof, making it danerous below. Bill (one of their staff) came over to quote for the job but within 10 mins was up his ladder wanting to make sure things were safe before leaving. He probably spent 30 minutes of his own time doing this, he wouldn't accept any cash from me when I offered either, he only cared about my family, just in case a loose tile fell on us. I had received another quote from a different contractor the day before, he mentioned about parking our cars off the drive 5 times just in case another tile fell off the roof, he never got his ladder out nor did he worry about my family being hit by a tile. Therefore Bill instantly won me over, I cancelled the other contractor and booked these guys. They came over a day earlier than originally planned (within 2 days) and done a proper job using scaffolding. They tidied up and cleared all the mess away. The owner Jamie was on site too, very friendly pleasant chap who knew what he was talking about. I was extremely happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Profile Roofing. I will be definitely using them again when the need arises.

Joe and his team did a fantastic job on our single storey extension, which included building part of it underground, installing a new door, and fitting ceiling windows. The quality of the work was flawless from start to finish—they delivered exactly what they promised. They were a pleasure to have around: professional, friendly, and respectful of the space. When unexpected issues came up (due to the architect, not them), they handled everything quickly and efficiently, problem-solving without any drama. Jason arrived to assess the job and said he would get the parts and return to finish the job. We wasted weeks waiting for him,he eventually said he would send the parts as he wouldn’t be able to finish the job,tried to contact him but never seen or heard from again. Finally got the job done today July 26th 3 months later by another plumber.
