Very pleased with the prompt response to our little emergency. The good weather helped once the work started to replace failed membrane under the lower section of the roof and around one Velux window. Whilst on site also noticed several loose ridge tiles that were re beded and repointed. Quick update. The guys have now been back out to review some of the work and are happy to rectify the small issues and advised on different route to take and fingers crossed this can alleviate the water penetration. Thank you Darren. We hired the company to do a couple of jobs, roof edge and guttering. The guttering was done pretty quickly, within a week, however we noticed that the original flow had not been followed, we highlighted this to the team, but nothing was forthcoming. The roof took awhile to start, some 16 weeks after accepting the quote. The team came in and did the edge line within a day and the following day rendered. Again we noticed a massive flaw in the way the ridge tiles had been left and had to get them back out to rectify this. On completion we have now noticed that the roof leaks even more than it did previously, the guys have said that is now due to the old render.Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-
