Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-Communication was poor from the start. Work did not start on time, and appointments were missed. Eventually the work commenced. The work seemed to go well on day 1, but when the work was completed, the home and garden was left in a message. There was debris left on the roof, loft, gutters, garden and even in the next door neighbour’s garden. The gutters were damaged, one part was repaired but not successfully. Some of the roof tiles were damaged and only replaced once I complained. Even then, the two of tiles were replaced with the wrong colour. I was told that they ran out of tiles of the correct colour, and they would not be returning to replace the tiles! Finally, I was supposed to receive the warranty within 5 working days. Two weeks later, I still have not received the warranty. I would not use ‘Roof Professionals’ again, and I would not recommend them to anybody.
