Dean arrived at agreed time to complete the survey. He explained the repair required and quoted a fair amount for the same. Once agreed, the job was completed on agreed date in a good time. The team left the property clean once the job was completed. Later, Dean sent all the pictures, both before the repairs was done and also once the job was completed. I had roof leaks and needed a roofer to inspect and identify works. The overall experience was very good. Robbie attended the next day to view the job, provided a very reasonable quote and completed the job ahead of schedule. Hopefully no further leaks. Will see how the winter goes.

Jack and Dean are very friendly and polite guys who attended a leaking roof. They provided input into possible causes of problem and were amenable to take on board some of my suggestions. Jack was honest and transparent throughout, providing all details and updates on time. The work was completed as specified. Very happy overall and will definitely hire again.
