William did an excellent job It was quite a challenging task and several other joiners said it was too difficult to undertake. It is a 20 year old, bespoke two storey hardwood bay with laminated glass. The main vertical columns and the cills had rotted so the task was to replace the rotten sections with new. If this wasn't challenging enough, there was the matter of the glazing which I was expecting would blow. William and his colleague Chris turned up on a day when the rain didn't stop so it was far from ideal working environment. They very carefully removed the glass, replaced the sections and the glass and stained it to match existing. I think this needed both skill and care and am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend them both.

Simply put, cannot praise highly enough! From initial consultation through to completion, Chris demonstrated excellent communication throughout the project. This included daily updates on progress and upcoming works/deliveries scheduled by telephone and always happy to make himself available to discuss specific issues/concerns on site as required. Chris has at his disposal a genuinely friendly, local and experienced network of tradesmen to meet all aspects of the project. In our case this included heating/plumbing, rewiring, glazing, brickwork, plastering, tiling, floor screeding, internal decoration and carpeting. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team with Chris possessing a great ability to provide solutions rather than problems. Chris is excellent at developing bespoke solutions with creativity, whether designing a new entrance hall and associated storage, kitchen lighting or bathroom functionality resulting in both a hi-spec and modern feel which exceeded our expectations but crucially, not our budget. The project lasted approximately 10 weeks, was delivered on time and budget and is further testament to Chris and his team that neighbours reported no issues. Aftercare service continues to be outstanding; unlike some tradesmen where you can feel abandoned at the critical snagging stage, Chris continues to check in and I have absolutely no hesitation moving forward in using Chris and his team for all future projects and maintenance.

Ignores problems and never answers the phone. Estimate was originally 5-7 days, we're in week and have discovered issues with every second fix. We had two other builders check the work which is sub standard. Wet room/shower not tanked as per building regs. Underfloor heating not connected. Taps, shower, concealed cistern and wastes all set incorrectly. Now everything has to be ripper out to get to pipework and wastes. Chris doesn't answer is phone, has not been here since start of project and I've issue legal procedures against him and his company to get my money back and the cost of the materials. I now have to find more money to pay someone else.

Excellent builder. Very professional and helpful, Nick visited and quoted quickly. He identified possible issues with what we had planned. Previous builders who had assessed the job and quoted had not picked up the issues. It turned out that Nick was correct and the job had to be revised to accommodate the necessary changes. This made the job bigger, however it was still completed in one day and we were still charged the same as the quote (apart from the additional materials). Nick and his mate were very organised, clean and tidy. They were very respectful and a pleasure to work with. I will certainly be contacting them again in the future for more jobs and will/already have recommend(ed).

From looking at Ryan’s impressive portfolio I was happy to choose him to carry out the work by fitting my new bathroom. Upon arrival Ryan was punctual each day, very friendly and had demonstrated exceptional workmanship as promised, even going out his way to return certain items that were ordered wrong and then obtaining the right ones which was very helpful. Considering I was a novice, Ryan and his workmate had constantly kept me up to date with the progression and did a great job of explaining each step from start to finish even offering some great suggestions and alternatives along the way.
