This builder is not honest; he didn't do the work to live up to his verbal commitment to quality. He refused to include the electrical work he had done on the invoice because he did not want to issue an electrical safety certificate. He is not a professional, and we argued 2-3 times about not doing the quality work and left work, giving unethical reasons. His work laying garden slabs was of poor quality; the slabs were moving when walked on. I asked him to do it again, which he said he did, but still he left the slabs moving while walking. I am thinking of legal action against him. I will not recommend him to anyone. PLEASE AVOID HIM GIVING ANY JOB IN YOUR BEST INTEREST.
