Work was completed well and in good time. Tradesmen made good everything and cleared up after themselves. However, I was given a 9-1 time slot, I received a call saying the guys had been outside my house for a while at 8.45am and then was (inadvertently I'm sure) made to feel bad about this. I was given a maximum cost of the job. When I checked my bank account on Friday I realised that they had already taken then money out without calling me or sending an invoice. I called this morning (after bank holiday) to discuss this and the woman on the phone didn't seem at all apologetic and said that because I'd given my details I could expect money to be charged. I then said 'well you didn't send me an invoice' (which they said they'd do in the initial phone call) and she said 'oh well I'll get one out to you this afternoon if that's alright?' I'm assuming they were never going to send an invoice and were just happy having the money in their account. Very mixed feelings about this company.

Lurii did an excellent job fixing our engineered floor that was sticking up. We initially called him just to repair the floor, but when we asked if he could also adjust the door and fix a few other areas that were creaking, he was more than happy to help and didn’t hesitate at all. His work was extremely neat and clean, and he paid great attention to detail. He arrived on time, was very polite, and listened patiently to all our concerns. He carefully cut our door to create the proper gap between the door and the floor, which has completely stopped the noise when closing. He also fixed the creaking areas of the floor to a very high standard. We are very pleased with his professionalism and workmanship and would highly recommend him. I work to a very high standard and I can work on any sort of property. My main trade is carpentry but I can do a bit of most trades.

Conrad did a fabulous job on hanging the two doors in the lounge. He picked up the two doors for me and handles. My door frames were out of line but he fitted the doors to fit snugly, even filling the slight gap along side with wood. recommend him.Very happy with his work, and very tidy. Would definately recommend him.

Dermot built two shutters to complement my wooden french shutters in my bedroom which has been butchered by someone in the long past. He made them out of MDF and made them match the design for the shutters below. He measured them exactly to the window space. It now provides a total coverage for my bedroom windows. He did a great job and even came back to help me with clear my front garden a few days later. He is thorough, trustworthy, clear on his pricing and cleans up after himself. What more can you want from carpenter? I would have no trouble hiring him again or recommending him.

SIMPLY THE BEST WORKMEN I HAVE EVER HIRED! I hired Mihai to build 2 cupboards and bookshelves. He came to view the job (early as usual), and considerably improved on the plans I had. He was always on time, reliable and courteous. Insisted on cleaning up after every day even though I said he didn't need to. He quite rightly takes great pride in his work as it is of a very high standard and at a good price. I could not be more pleased with the result. The furniture is bespoke and looks exactly like the perfect furniture you see in magazines. I would recommend Mihai to anyone without any hesitation. An excellent professional!
