These guys were great, the job was more complex than predicted, due to serious and initially hidden bodging by previous owners, but Alan carefully talked this through with me and set out the options, showing me the issues and clearly explaining both what had happened and what needed to be fixed . They were punctual, polite and did things when they said they would, with good grace and humour (even when I asked stupid questions). I maintain over 140 properties in the Plymouth area alone and have pictures and references to show the quality of service and work we do. We have over 30 years experience in damp, water restoration and ventilation in all types of buildings. We charge a set fee of £60 + VAT to complete a full house survey with recommendations and costs to implement in the Cornwall and Devon Area. If you proceed with any works with us we refund this report in full.

Brett did such an amazing job. He started the work on the date we agreed and he completed it within the time frame that he initially quoted. Ian carried out the job required which was supposed to take 1 day, however, even though i could not see a problem he was not 100% with the job and spent another day doing the work making things acceptable to his own personal standards, which of course was very much well received. Phil did my kitchen, put some under the stairs storage, and decking in garden with a pegola. Also did the flooring in my front room. Very happy with the quality, it was really lovely. One of the cleanest work men I've ever had. I thought his prices were reasonable, Phil was reliable, absolutely. Would recommend him highly. He cleaned up after himself and I didn't have to do anything after he left.
