From the outset Vladas was polite friendly and solution focused. He was very clear about the quote and quite happy to spend time discussing costs and details. I also found that he was able to explain the work so I fully understood what was going to happen and had clear expectations about the finished job. His team arrived on time worked hard all day and were extraordinarily polite and respectful. Vladas touched base regularly to make sure I was happy with everything. At the end of each day the site was left clean and tidy. It was made incredibly difficult due to the Covid-19 lockdown happening just as we removed the outside wall so house was held up on jacks for several weeks awaiting materials, but Dan came back to check on everything during lockdown. HIs communication was great very friendly and flexible with requests, even traveled over 100miles to collect materials during the shortage in order to keep progress going. Invoicing and costs were very clear will definitely use him again. Ashley came out the cheapest, but that wasn’t the reason why we chose him, he had his own ideas and suggestions, for a job that I was struggling a bit to visualise. He was straight into it with quotes, and links to all the shower room items to go in there. He just gave me a comfortable feeling, and was able to do all the work himself, so not multiple tradesmen to coordinate. He finished the work within a week, and we are very happy with it. The quote had no hidden extras, he worked quickly and efficiently, and cleared away each day, which made a huge difference.
