DO NOT RECOMMEND! Didn’t stick to trading standards when dealing with my complaint. Broke the laminate flooring and refused to fix it as the job was too small. Agreed a partial refund which he didn’t transfer within the 14 days of standing standards guidelines. The way he dealt with all of the complaint was disgusting he didn’t reply to any text until I threatened to go to trading standards and writing bad reviews of his company. He only transferred the refund once I texted him to say I am taking him to trading standards!

Kieren worked on our bungalow from March to August 2016 with a great enthusiasm and professionalism through all the problems the build and weather could throw at him and we have ended up with a first class completed project. All and every aspect of building, plumbing, electrical and roofing work was carried by him or his associated and equally proficient specialist tradesmen to an extremely high standard that could not be disputed and nothing was too much trouble to finish the work. So much so that QPS has just finished last week the additional re-development of our driveway and property access for which we are equally pleased with the work carried out. I would highly complement Kieren on the work to complete our project and recommend him to anybody if they want a tradesman prepared to go the extra distance and ensure customer satisfaction.

My extension, a fairly tricky project using steel girders, was completed over three years ago and I am totally satisfied with all Neil's work. Neil is a very competent builder and project manager. He is hard working, conscious of budget and takes a pride in his work. He has insight and freely offers advice: I took up several suggestions for improvement which I hadn't thought of and am really grateful for (including extra, high level windows for additional light and to incorporate trickle vents). Neil responds promptly to any message/phone call and sorts urgent problems, such as leaks, straight away. The only down side is projects tend to get delayed because Neil is always - and understandably - very busy! As a pensioner, having had many negative experiences of tradespeople over the years, since meeting Neil I never want to employ any other builder.

Ben and his brother was really good and quick about putting up the kitchen unit and worktop and finished it exactly the same as the rest of the kitchen! Very efficient and also very tidy and also put up a shelf too which was really nice of them, have been getting lots of really great feedback about the items they put up so will defo be using them again! Highly recommended!!!
