Ground floor extension, which turned our kitchen into an open plan kitchen/dining room, along with adding a hallway and downstairs toilet to the house. Very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and professionalism throughout the build. They always kept things as tidy as possible and completed the job in a timely manner. They turned what had been a dream for a long time into a reality, and we couldn't be happier with the final results. There were aspects of the extension design that we weren't sure about, and the team came up with ideas and advice, which really helped with making the project the best it could be! Would definitely recommend!

I had a lots of various jobs (27 to be exact) that needed to be done, Adrian put in a quote and stated any extra materials needed would be supplied. I thought it was reasonable so I hired him. He came with various other workmen including a teenage child. At first I thought Adrian was doing a great job, although they were the smaller jobs of the list. I soon noticed that things started to go downhill when all the felt tiles used to fix my summerhouse roof blew off within a couple of days, the PIR light that he fitted didn’t work, another sensor he fitted didn’t work, his painting was atrocious (there wasn’t even a slight attempt at cutting in, I’m talking paint going over skirting by 2 inches, ceiling paint going over wall paint by 5 inches), he angle ground my wood burner pipe off and ripped the door seals off then stated he couldn’t fit it, I even had to tighten a toilet flush he fitted because it was so loose, etc, etc. Out of the 27 jobs he quoted for and was paid for up front, only 14 small ones were completed. Most of the major jobs were either not started or not completed. He left me in March and said he would be back in May when the weather was better to finish the remaining jobs, however, I have not heard from him and despite leaving numerous voice mails and emails he has not responded. He owes me for the work that I paid for and that he has not done, although tbh I wouldn’t want him back. I just want a refund for the work not finished. GIVE ME MY REFUND ADRIAN!!!

The reason why I gave Shane the job was because he gave really good advice and I felt extremely comfortable. I was able to rely on Shane and his team to carry out the work to a good standard. They communicated daily and informed me of progress and any issues that arised and how they would address them . All work was organised well. He also worked well and alongside an electrician that I had also hired. The work is almost complete and I am already looking forward to working with Shane in the future. Great team work. Would highly recommend.

Conversion of attached garage block and knock through back into main body of the house which is a Georgian Vicarage. Very helpful and sympathetic approach to work at all stages from conception and planning right through all stages of the build. Very flexible in work and able to adapt to all challenges that a such a conversion requires; able to use salvaged / recycled materials to ensure congruence with period features and overall deliver a standard or workmanship and professionalism that was within budget and timetable that could genuinely be described as faultless. In the end, Vince just advised us on how to achieve what we needed with a simple DIY solution and without the cost of the fiddly job he would have had to do for us for which we were grateful. I would definitely hire him again when we had another plastering job to do. He’s clearly a highly experienced plasterer used to working with heritage properties like ours.
