I contacted Pestridge Constructions Ltd (Mike) and a couple of others via this website. Even during the first meeting (for a quote) we could see the difference (as compared to other builders). The extent of our refurb took around 4 months during which we completely entrusted the responsibility to Mike. He took ownership to identify and fix issues and do the refurb. Mike has been fantastic in his quality of work. Great work ethic too (totally unlike any other builder experience we've had) and a gentleman. Since we live about 1.5 hours away from the property we entrusted many of the design (floor & wall tiles, lighting etc.) to Mike and his wife (indicating our price range) and we are very happy with their decisions and work. We gladly recommend Mike & his wife.

Our overall experience was a positive one. Riccardo & his Brother Sam worked very hard and did 2 great jobs for us. A bathroom refurbishment and a kitchen refurbishment. When we want any more work done on our property, we would have no hesitation in calling them back in again. Their costings were fair and we didn't feel at any time that they over price anything. They did all that we asked of them and more. They are very happy, friendly and obliging lads, as long as they get a couple of rounds of toast, tea & coffee, and ignore the singing lol. Seriously though if you want a great job doing at a reasonable price go to S & R Construction you wont go wrong. We are over the moon with the work we have had done by them Terri & Dave

Mark was conscientious and did an excellent job in converting my front garden into a driveway/parking area with stone walls, steps, planters, drainage and block paving. The work was done to a very good standard (I am a very difficult customer to please) and the area was kept very clean and tidy. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would recommend Mark for any similar works.

Simon carried out an excellent job on the repairs. The work turned out to be more complicated than a simple dormer patch repair as the render had deteriorated in several places so Simon had to replace the rendering on both dormers. Throughout the process he was professional, transparent and extremely honest. His attention to detail was second to none and the finished job is of the highest standard. He even uncovered another problem with missing insulation around the windows which he rectified within the original quote. Such is the quality of his workmanship that we’ve already booked him back in to re-plaster an internal wall!

Dan and his team maintain an excellent professional standard of what they do. We were nervous at the start, as this was our first renovation task, and there were some delays in getting a response before the agreement, but they made the work very smooth all the way through. They respected our choice of materials and our needs, even if it required a bit of redoing of what they had already done. Definitely recommend the fabulous team!
