I would recommend this company to anyone they were with out a doubt the best building company we have ever used price was very competitive and service was outstanding. Always very prompt and at the end of each working day everything was left clean and tidy. They made sure that we could live as normal as possible, nothing was ever too much trouble . Follow up after service excellent.

My young son said I had been scammed and bought a bad house. I think it was the worst house in South Woodford. It is now one of the best. I can't praise Omniscient highly enough for their professional skills, project management, value, pace, problem solving, patience, communications, quality of team and final product. I enjoyed working with them I felt we worked well as a team. They transformed a run down 3 bed semi into a 5 bed 3 bath beautiful townhouse in 5 months. My main complaint is that I moved in just before lockdown so had no opportunity to show it off. Thank you to Joe, Jason and the whole team. I cannot post photos here but am happy to speak/share photos with potential clients.

100% RECOMMENDED Michelle and her partner measured up and competitively quoted within a short space of time. She was then very patient and supportive when unforeseen planning issues popped up and set the start date back by quite some time. Once building started, all questions were promptly answered by either the site manager or Michelle, both being available at all times. I was away for the duration of most of the job and it was very reassuring to know that I was leaving it all in capable and honest hands. The workers were very proficient and tidied up after themselves at end of each day. They also put in some very long hours at times to hasten the work. I was also impressed by the handling of unexpected problems during the building (mainly invasive tree stumps!). I am absolutely thrilled with the end result. High quality workmanship and a beautiful building which I am sure will last many years. I would certainly recommend them without a doubt.

Complete waste of time. Hired this tradesman a few months ago, to work on a simple brick BBQ. We had a conversation in person about the job and i informed him i would be supplying the bricks as they are "reclaimed". On the day they were to start the job, he turned up and said "oh" where are the materials, which was concerning. I had to explain our conversation in detail to point out that i said i was supplying the brick as they were reclaimed, no mention of any other material. I had just completed a huge renovation project and this was one of the final contractors to be used. Unfortunately this person is very amateur, and he then made me pay £500 for materials to be delivered. I paid for the materials and the new start date he suggested wasnt suitable, he then said he longer wanted the job! Can you believe it, he made me pay for all the materials, even though that was not agreed in person. I have dealt with over 12 different teams working on this project, and this one is the worst. No care in the word, he even sent a text said he was "quaking in his pants" about a bad review. I just replied saying, that sums everything up - totally unprofessional. Move on.

Our 3 bedroom, Grade 2 listed house is nearly 200 years old and hadn't been renovated since the early 1990's. A complete redecoration and remodel was needed. Their work was done to completion and not too over-time, despite numerous snags and many logistical difficulties. The commitment and patience of all involved was admirable, never once becoming dis-heartened, and always pushing us to make sure materials were on order and if we were happy with the work as it progressed. They have the skills and the ability to improvise as they go. The pricing was fair and actually cheap by London standards. The "finish" was the stage where we all had to come to an agreement over where to stop, and this is usually the most contentious stage in a project. This was surprisingly stress-free. The main snag was with floorboard sanding preparation. If floors aren't 100% prepped, the result can look patchy to the trained eye. They made sure that the end result was acceptable to us when we questioned the finish by doing the entire sand and re-staining over again. That shows great care and attention to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have extensive remodeling done to thier property. They are capable of dealing with sensitive historical properties and adhering to a budget whilst correcting errors that appear along the way. A perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness.
