Romeo and Zoltan did a wonderful job with my bathroom. They were courteous, professional and effective, I'm extraordinarily happy with the overall job and the finish of the bathroom. I will give special mention to the fact that they have been on top of snagging issues that have come up with the bathroom, they've come to fix them with no issue and no compliant.

Nice and friendly guys, flexible and helpful in choosing the materials, my house had a bad access and the guys worked hard to bring heavy material inside, but that's it. I told Romeo I would not give a bad feedback after I told him to go at the end of the 2 weeks contract, and paid him 50% of job done(debatable) and extra £300 for fence material not initially included in the contract, but I feel a moral obligation to other people who are looking for a good landscaper and also because I have to pay extra for his mistakes. My wife and I were mesmerized by his ability to explain the work, however day by day we were regretting hiring him. His team was always late and slow, on average they worked 6h a day. Quality of the work poor. No attention to details and had to micromanage them. Disorganized, tasks not completed. They didn't want to put the fence posts on the ground at the right depth of 40cm, finding excuses and now we have to pay extra to fix them. House was left dirty every day. We couldn't trust him anymore and we stopped him before laying an expensive porcelain patio. The preparation was going in the wrong direction and his work needs to be undone. Angry. Horror show.

Romeo and his team did a fantastic job. The workmanship of his carpenter, tiler and landscaper exceeded my expectations. I would recommend You Nailed It London and I wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future.

I am pleased with the work carried out by Romeo on my garden. It was quite a big project - landscaping a large garden removing two sets of decking, laying patios and turf. The garden now looks great and is a real asset to the property. I was kept informed throughout the process of the work being done and Romeo consulted me about materials purchases or amendments to the scope of the work promptly if needed. The duration of the work was extended a little, but some extra necessary work was uncovered midway and the weather played its part too. As a result of the good work in the garden I also got You Nailed It to do some further repair work in my bathroom, which was also completed to a high standard. Overall, happy with Romeo's work and I'd definitely use You Nailed It again.

Fantastic and professional job. Romeo’s team were great and an absolute pleasure to have in our home, nothing was too much for them, great communication and an excellent all round job. Would highly recommend!!

Not only are the staff incredibly talented, they are also very quick to reply to any questions you have. The team was able to take my visions and turn them into reality, and they were also able to give me advice on how the tiles should face to make the bathrooms look nicer too. Especially during such hard times, you really want someone as talented and responsive as Romeo and his team. I will 100% without a doubt use You Nailed it again for any future alterations I may require!!

We hired Romeo and his team to clear an overgrown medium to large garden, removing a greenhouse, 2 sheds and some trees. The ground was leveled and new lawn laid. A new shed was also built in place of an old one. The patio was also extended. The job was done well on the ground and all supplies we collected by the team and rubbish disposed of. The work was originally estimated to take 2 weeks by Romeo but this largely underestimated (it was an extensive amount of work) and took 6 weeks in the end 20 April-2nd June. Luckily we were available for that length of time. Romeo kindly give us a discount to make up for the time taken to complete the job which was good. The team were polite and worked as to cause minimum disturbance. The grass is doing very well and flourishing and the garden looks very good. He even offered us new grass when sections started drying out due to the sun. One negative is the patio unfortunately it dips in the center and puddles water quite badly taking a while to dry out and doesnt drain much at all. Apart from that we are happy with the work done by Romeo and his team for landscaping work and intend to use them for our front garden.

I hired Romeo and his team to completely re-do our garden with new patio, fences and artificial grass. They worked hard over the week and ensured the job was completed to my satisfaction and spec. Thanks a lot!

Excellent job done in our garden. All workmen were friendly, efficient and left minimal mess. We will use Romeo and his team again. Would recommend.

All the team are friendly and helpful, they went out of there way to collect the tiles I selected for my garden, I was quite fussy, they were patient. The bricklayer did a great job laying our new bricks at the edge of the garden.
