I had the pleasure of working with Romeo and his team on my kitchen renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, his work was great. The kitchen looks fantastic, and they even finished the project ahead of schedule! Romeo and his team were very professional, always on time, and always kept me updated on the progress of the project. They also kept the flat clean and tidy every night, which made it much easier to live in the flat while the project was being done. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen renovation!

Romeo and his team at You Nailed It recently completed a renovation of our London flat, including new kitchen, bathroom, flooring and decoration. They exceeded our expectation, sticking to time frames, being upfront and transparent about cost and were great at communicating. The project was managed remotely via WhatsApp as we live abroad and we could not have been happier with the results. Romeo offered us design advice throughout, ensuring quality finishes that suited our budget. We also appreciated his advice on what needed to be done but never felt he was overselling. We wouldn’t hesitate to use You Nailed It again.

Kitchen refurb which included levelling an uneven floor and plastering walls. Quality of the work overall was excellent. The floor was levelled and tiled to a high standard. Wall was re-plastered and coving removed and filled well. Kitchen units and appliances were fitted according to our specification. Plumbing and electrical work was done very well and company/tradesman were happy to work to our needs. Communication from Romeo and tradesman throughout the project was good. No building project is complete without its issues but company did make efforts to address issues quickly and move the project forward. Overall, we are happy with the work and would highly recommend to others.

Romeo and his team did a great job doing a full refurbishment on my bathroom. I handed over a couple of pics to show the kind of thing I wanted and they recommended and sourced the relevant units and tiles etc, ripped out the old and disposed then fully fitted the new to a high standard. Cheers!

Romeo is great to work with, even when faced with an impossible challenge. I asked Romeo to refit the most awkward of bathrooms [a very strange shape with very uneven walls, floor and ceilings]. I am delighted with the results and can't thank Romeo enough for his perseverance as we found problem after problem with the job. I will be asking Romeo to come back to do my second bathroom because he is a gentleman to work with. I particularly like his attention to detail, whether it's his commitment to keeping the house clean, or his regular communication even when he's not on-site, or the fact that he only works with trades-people who share his values in offering a professional service [we always felt comfortable with his team on-site and enjoyed the way that they respected our privacy]. Finally, Romeo's patience and willingness to listen and find solutions when faced with problems is what makes me want to work with him again. Well done Romeo and team!

Renovated our bathroom to a very high standard, doing the build as well as useful advice around design. Romeo and the team were always able to react to the challenges that our previous bathroom presented and went above and beyond what we’d expected, taking time to make sure everything was right. Would thoroughly recommend and use again.

We loved working with YOU NAILED IT LTD so much. They put new Engineering Wood Flooring tile on our Living Room, Reception and bedrooms and it's gorgeous. This was our first big home project, so we were a little nervous. The Romeo and his crew do great work, they are efficient and detail-oriented, and they make sure everything is the way you want it. We loved that the would check in throughout the project to make sure we knew what was going on and liked how it was shaping up. We would recommend them to anyone.
