Jason came out quickly and has submitted out plans for a one storey rear and two storey side extension. He has explained the process of what happens next. We are awaiting planning permission.

I contacted 4 architects and jason was the only one who actually came out to me and had a look at the job in hand, he was very prompt throughout the process from drawings to submitting forms to the council, he kept me well informed at different stages and made what i thought was a nightmare into a stress free process, would i recommend jason bates, most definitely. Jason was very helpful and efficient. The plans have been passed by the Council and he is in the process of finding a builder to give me a quote .
