Jason attended as agreed, drawings were prompt and accurate. Highly recommended

Jason responded to my enquiry very quickly and organised a site visit within days. Plans were produced shortly after and the project completed within weeks. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service provided by Jason. Turned up when he said he would, he even arranged to arrive early to measure up before I'd finished work. By the next day he'd drawn up the basic plans and within the space of 4 days or so had completed the drawings! The drawings themselves are great, very detailed and just what I needed. Jason kept in contact throughout the process. He interpreted exactly what I wanted and came across as very knowledgeable about the build. Everything was straightforward in terms of pricing and work being delivered. I was most impressed with Jason's motivation to get on with the job. Such a refreshing attitude towards things - I would highly recommend!!

Jason came out when he said he would, was very thorough from start to finish and very swift at producing the plans and submitting the planning application. I had a good idea what we wanted in terms of size and layout but Jason even managed to add some positive changes to make better use of space. Would be more than happy to use Jason again if needed. Jason responded very quick with competitive price. He is patient to explain every thing. The planning application Jason made on behalf of us had been granted. I have submitted the building regulations drawings from Jason. A survey on foundation is done by Local council control office. We are looking for suitable quote to start construction work now. Happy with Jason's work.

When we arranged Jasons first visit to the property he was very flexible; this was much appreciated, especially at this time of year. He was punctual, personable and extremely diligent. His work ethic was second to none, infact, it was quite astonishing - within hours of leaving, he'd drawn three draft proposals for consideration. I was impressed with his communication throughout. And grateful for his patience during the decision making process. Nothing was too much trouble. Within three days he'd completed the drawings, submitted them to the planning authority and approached builders for quotes. Jason was brilliant from start to finish, rang him and he came out the next day, he had 2 separate rough drawings done by 7pm that night. We agreed on one of them after a few alterations that he had no problems in doing. Then the next day we had the final plan ready for submitting. Brilliant job and amazingly fast for the details we had. I will use him again on a project we have planned for the future and will definelty recommend him to others. Dave and Danielle

Jason was amazing from start to finish. He kept sending us drawings and we would change bits until we were happy with them. He worked so quickly. It was under a week between me going on mybuilder.com for a quote and him submitting the plans to the council. Cannot recommend him highly enough

Jason responded very quickly to the job request and was surveying the house the next day. He was extremely quick at responding to any queries or ideas we had, and offered his own opinions but was not pushy. He tweaked the drawings to suit our needs and even pushed the home builder for the original house plans - and got them! He then put us in contact with a structural engineer, painters and decorators. We are still in touch with him now. Excellent service.
