    Plans for kitchen extension

    Never thought it would be made so easy. When I heard of the planning being drawn up remotely and I had to input measurements and photos etc I panicked but honestly Jason made it so easy for me. Jason was on the ball and so easy to work with. He explained everything step by step. He draw diagrams explaining how I had to take photos or any measurements. I changed my ideas about how I wanted my kitchen to be a couple of times. Jason let me know if my ideas were legal or not. If not he suggested the best way forward and my plans have been drawn up and have now been submitted to the planning department for approval. I don’t even have to deal with the council as Jason does it all. The process took about 2 weeks up to submission to council. I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. 10/10.

    Annexe

    All planning completed within days approved first time then BC submitted all done remotely really easy and a smooth process. Very reasonable price and excellent communication would highly recommend Yarm especially remote

    Full plans and regs needed for extension in frimley

    Front, side and rear single storey extension. Jason was great, very efficient and nothing was too much. His turnaround time was great, from the moment of instruction communication has been great. I am based in southeast and Jason in the north of England but this had no impact at all, Jason’s method of remote working is great and saves time. Would definitely use Jason again on the next job!

    Small Extension Wanted for a Bungalow`s Second Bedroom

    Unfortunately, not able to use, therefore have given a positive feedback as circumstances did not allow the architect to complete the work for us.
