Jason has successfully completely the planning application and drawings for us. Really easy process, clear communication and beneficial of it all being remote. Jason was always easy to get hold of and talk to, clear with processes and helpful throughout.

Jason was absolutely brilliant! Really response to drawing up our plans and reworking them through with us, offering suggestions etc. he then got his colleague to pull together the calculations for the steel and now we have final plans which he also submitted to building control. Very impressed throughout and I would totally recommend him!

Added things to our plans we never requested. Had the planning permission rejected due to missing off key documents he never asked us for. Plans were missing windows/doors. Refused to provide full plans despite payment being received.

Absolutely fantastic to deal with on retrospective planning application. Drawings and paperwork completed and submitted in under 48hour over a weekend. Then fully supported the questions and challenges received from what can best be described at best as a awkward planning authority. Application approved after all additional hurdles achieved without any additional cost be applied. We cannot recommend enough

Jason managed our application to seek planning permission for a dormer window extension very speedily and efficiently. Working remotely, we provided Jason with all of the details and measurements to enable him to draw up plans to submit to our local planning authority. We have heard today that our planning application has been successful and Jason will shortly make an application on our behalf for building regulations approval. All-in-all a very successful outcome, which demonstrates that one does not necessarily need the services of a suitably qualified professional local to one's house in order to apply for planning permission.

Remote process worked fine for me as I already had my idea of the work I wanted so made Jason’s job a lot easier. He sorted drawings, planning permission and building control applications. Would happily use again.

Jason has done an amazing job in doing the dropped kerb drawings, submitting the planning application and getting it approved. Jason was very quick in replying to emails and making necessary changes to the drawings. This was all completed without meeting Jason in person and all via email. I would definitely be using Jason again when we apply for a front extension and have no worries that all the working and planning can be done via email and not in person.
