Sam Rang ahead the day before to confirm the appointment and when he arrived on the day he couldnt have been more prompt. He aranged to turn up at 8:30 and at 8:30 and 0 seconds the doorbell rang. He was polite, friendly and at every step kept us informed as to what he was doing. After he had completd the job he demonstated the new consumer unit and informed of us about the certificates we would recieve. I would definately recommend anyone looking for a tidy, friendly, prompt electrician to choose Sam for any electrical work.

Sam visited the job before developing the quote and provided a lot of good advice on some of the building regulations requirements and the best way to complete the work. The quote for the work was competitive against the other quotes received, but Sam won the work on the basis of the confidence he instilled during the initial site visit. The work was completed to a very high standard, including some extras, for which he only charged the additional cost of materials. Sam cleared up all of the mess from both the 1st and 2nd fix. I would have no hesitation in using Sam again and would recommend him to anyone. Very satisfied!!!

When I read all the positive comments about Sam, I thought he may be too good to be true, but he lived upto every good thing said about him and more. His work was excellent! He carried out all the work I needed, plus a couple of other things, and stayed until the job was complete and we were satisfied. He made no mess whatsoever and was such a great guy to deal with. I have further plans for next year and will definitely be hiring Sam to do the work, and I have told all of my friends and colleagues about him. I cannot recommend him enough.
