Requested a quote on here in the morning, had been contacted and had a guy over for a quote in the afternoon, got the job done the next day (Saturday)! Couldn't have been simpler. The guys were friendly, professional and left the garden nice and tidy. Highly recommended!

Luke and his team did a great job removing very large stone structural wall. Even when we discovered it was a bigger job than we first thought, the team had no hesitation in just cracking on. All the guys were friendly and helpful. Luke communicated very well throughout the project and always kept me informed of progress. Trusted completely working alone for the week. Also did a great job keeping tidy considering the huge amount of dust from an old stone wall. Would highly recommend and I will be using them again in the future.

Luke and the guys did an outstanding job of turning what was a disaster area into somewhere I am proud to call my garden. The team were punctual, polite and always willing to make any changes we asked for as the work progressed. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they always cleared up before they left. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone and if I had another garden to landscape I would hire them again. Top marks guys, and a huge thank you.

We hired William Bennett Construction Ltd to demolish and rebuild a lean-to extension. The existing lean-to had been built by another builder who abandoned the project without completion leaving many jobs unfinished. After speaking to various builders it was clear that this structure had been badly built and wrong materials used so it had to come down. After this bad and stressful experience, we were a little nervous about hiring a new builder but James from William Bennett Construction Ltd was able to reassure us that they would complete the job on time and to a very high standard, and this is indeed what happened. Josh, William, Steve and the rest of the team did a fantastic job. They were all very professional, friendly, polite, considerate and very sensitive to what had happened to us with the previous builder. We were very impressed with their high working standards, attention to detail, level of organisation and hard work. They were punctual, nothing was a problem for them and they always cleaned up at the end of each day. They helped us decide which materials to use and communication was also excellent – we were always kept informed about the progress of the work and when materials would arrive. Overall we were very happy with this company and the end result is just beautiful. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

On selling the house, it came to light that we had been 'stung' by a rogue builder. In order to meet 'Building Regulations' it was necessary to have a 'Regularisation Inspection' as the rogue had not done the correct paperwork and the work was suspect. Given that the work was done in 2008, we had no option but to re-do the work. Having found 'William Bennett Construction' on My Builder, I invited them to bid for the job and within 4 hours I was contacted and Luke arrived to estimate the job. Upon explaining the timescale and rationale behind the request, nothing was too much trouble and he quickly put our minds at ease. Within hours, a most acceptable quotation and implementation plan was sent to our home. Luke visited to explain the plan and agreed to start on Saturday, two days after the initial request. All the pre-work covering down was completed and furniture covered. On Monday, Luke again arrived with his team of professional tradesmen and the work was started. At all times the tradesmen were polite and aware that it was our home that they were working in. They all worked smartly and kept the noise and mess to a minimum. Tuesday saw the completion of the task, within the timescale, to the satisfaction of Building Control and above all to our relief. At all times the tradesmen were polite and courteous, the mess was kept to a minimum and all of the team cleaned up. The house was left in a most acceptable condition. Excellent tradesmen from start to finish, James & Josh came to give a detailed & competitive quote. Then two days later Luke, Mac & the team turned up and got stuck in 10 days later as quoted my garden was completed & what a fantastic job we're very pleased with the outcome and I would definitely use them again or recommend them to others. The team at William Bennett did a fantastic job with our job. They built a new garden wall and bricked in a door and window on the side of the house, as well as sourcing a large driveway gate for us. The wall is perfect, they used reclaimed bricks that fit perfectly with the rest of the property and you can't even tell where the old door and window used to be. They also left the place tidier than it was when they arrived! Communication was easy and payment was requested in stages spreading the cost. Would definitely go back to them again if we need any more brick work doing!

Really pleased with the work William Bennett did for us. They demolished a pretty big and well built pond for us. Got it all done in one day and left the area clean, tidy and ready for aggregate and slabbing. Polite team too. Josh quoted for the job and he was spot on, listened to what I wanted and provided a few different quotes so we could budget based on other house stuff we need to get done. He even called me after to check I was happy with the work. I would definitely use them again.

Its a rare thing these days to find a company that understands what a client wants and takes time to listen and then find a solution but that's exactly what you get with William Bennett Construction. From the first phone call to each stage of the process so far we have received nothing but professionalism, courtesy and real advice on how to proceed. Our job is ongoing and once completed we will leave further feedback but so far we would be more than happy to recommend this company to anyone as they really do provide excellent service.
