Review left on 10 Apr 2021Rating: 1 out of 5New shower unit to fix(Updated on 11 Apr 2021)Could not sort out fault after 3 visits. He seemed a good person but does not have experience and knowledge. Had to pay another plumber to finish the job so it cost me a lot more, if he had told me in the first visit that he couldn't do the job it would have just cost me his coming out cost. He charged me for a new part which didn't sort out the problem. All in all I'm not satisfiedAnswer from tradesperson:
Hi guys A little bit baffled about the comments here. You had a issue with your shower where your temperature kept dropping out. I diagnosed the issue and changed your shower mixer bar, problem solved. You then called me back a week or so later as you said there now a problem with the pressure. I came back (free of charge when it wasn’t the same issue ) and advised the work that needed doing and as you didn’t understand fully I had to write it down on a piece of paper for your son. If you would of called me we could of resolved the issue as we are very knowledgable in our trade. Unfortunately a misunderstanding in communication and slight language barrier. I advised everything that needed doing and was awaiting your call but unfortunately a negative review left and no call made.communication is key here as I believe this easily could of been a positive comment. All the best guys and sorry you wasn’t happy with the service Adam Wkch

He was also really helpful when I drilled through a pipe at home and he helped me isolate the leak over the phone and provided details of emergency plumbers to help me. I would recommend him and would happily hire him again.
