Hi Robert Unfortunately I have to disagree with your view!Really can’t understand the negative comment a month after the job was completed,payment made and a cheap price was accepted and a Thankyou for doing a good job was stated! Unfortunately I couldn’t get hold of you on the day or anytime after to discuss a issue we had with one radiator,bare in mind we changed 4 rads and 20 rad valves, cut the gas and capped and tested and advised your boiler didn’t need a replacement when you was wrongly advised and saved you a substantial amount of money!after the work you had a air lock,sometimes happens when the system is as old as yours and we fully drained it.we stayed on after to clear the air lock and we cleared most of it to get you working but I advised to your son if this Doesn’t settle then to call me and we will come back free of charge.I managed to get in contact with you eventually to check in and make sure the air lock had passed and about the further works on the issue with the radiator we had,your reply was it’s ok and working but the rads need picking up!I told you are scrap man was coming in a few days,and that’s what happened and also took some extra stuff you left out for us.it’s unfair to call out my apprentice when you wasn’t on site! He is very capable and I oversee everything if you would of communicated better I would like to think this review would not of been left.I have messages backing these comments Thanks for your business Many thanks Adam
