It has been a real pleasure to deal with Simon. He came to discuss the work at a time that suited us. He later arrived on time to do the job on the agreed date and completed it (despite some awkward access to the wiring) within the costs estimate and to our complete satisfaction. Simon was polite and clear about the costs involved. We would be happy to deal with Simon again in the future.

Simon and Mark were on time, friendly, and worked very hard installing a consumer unit in my house. They kept me informed as the job progressed, and stayed on later than planned when it turned out there were some unexpected problems with the circuits. I recommend them and will use them again.

Simon was very polite and friendly, ensuring that I was kept informed throughout the process. In the end, it turned out that the problem with my light wasn't as straightforward as first thought, but Simon stuck at it and hunted down the problem so that he could fix it. Highly recommended.

I had posted this job on Wednesday after being let down by another tradesman and needed it doing in a short timeframe. Simon came out to quote on Friday and was fitting the floor in Tuesday after matching samples in Monday. (He would have done it Monday if the flooring had been in stock) Simon was very professional throughout. He was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. He maintained good communication throughout the job, making suggestions where necessary, based on his experience, but leaving all decisions totally up to me. After quoting for the job, he came back a second time to match up samples and check I was happy. I had requested a partial flooring replacement to join with existing flooring but he came back with the suggestion that if I used a slightly cheaper material I could get the whole floor done for the same cost and he wouldn't charge any extra labour. Simon and Tony did a great job of the floor, I am very happy with the outcome, will use them for any future flooring requirements, and would not hesitate to recommend Whitco.

I am thoroughly pleased with the work that Simon carried and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family/friends. I will definitely use his services in the future!
