I needed a substatial amount of work doing on the property, from new ceilings, replastering, central heating and chimney brest removal. I hired Whitco and they proceeded with the job and most were completed to my satisfaction except for areas of plasterwork which was poorly done and it was lucky that the worst areas were papered over.
On the whole I was happy with the work done but there were things that were very irritating, on a big job like this I find it important that communication with the builder is essential! Unfortunatly Simon is not the easiest to contact and lets calls go to answerphone, also receipts for payments are hard to obtain and I am still waiting for the final one to pass to my accountant.
