The work undertaken was a large 2 storey building extension, which included; a master bedroom, shower-room and bathroom en-suites, fitting of a new extended kitchen and a downstairs WC, an integral garage and a new drive and drop down kerb. Rob also added a front porch and at the rear a large walled patio area. All in all, quite a lot of work, which required the full range of trade skills. Rob provided us with a work breakdown schedule spreadsheet, with logical phased payments and was prompt in dealing with all queries. All members of the team (Rob, Phil, Luke and Mark) were a pleasure to deal with, they were polite, enthusiastic, always put in a full days’ work and ensured a professional and quality finished product in all the varying tasks undertaken. Rob and all members of his team are very proud of their work results and Rob ensures that all contractors he employs also work to his exacting standards. Rob was straightforward and easy to get along with, was completely trustworthy and honorable in all our dealings with him. When problems arose, Rob took the lead to offer practical solutions and dealt directly with the authorities, to successfully resolve the issue. He also dealt with the inspections and all other requirements expected of building control. Thanks for a job well done Rob. We will definitely use you again for any future building work we require, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you to others.
