An excellent job, the exterior of my house looks fabulous! The painter, Luke, worked hard and cleared up very well every day. The whole process from quote to completion went smoothly and timings adhered to. Thank you to Rob and Luke.

We recently ha some work completed by Rob and his team in our kitchen, after the first day we changed our plans and decided to opt for an open plan kitchen diner instead of two separate rooms. Rob was fantastic about the change of the plan even though we felt terrible for messing him around. Everyone has been very friendly, accommodating, professional and punctual delivering on promises. The work has been finished to the highest standard with us both being consulted and kept up to date at every stage, we are nothing but impressed and would definitely love to work with Rob and his team on future projects. Fantastic!

Rob and Mark are a good team and worked hard to lay the patio which was on different levels round four sides of our quite extensive home. Rob carefully considered how he constructed the layout and checked with me at all stages. It is amazing to have this part of our new build complete although there is still all the soft stuff to do. Luke also assisted and painted our stairwell for us too. The team were reliable, helpful, good humoured, supported other builders, communicated well and were considerate towards us.

Rob has completed our kitchen extension to our total satisfaction. The quality of his work and his sub-contractors has been of the highest standard, despite having to work in freezing northerly winds. He identified several problems with the drawings at an early stage, which were resolved promptly with his expert advice. His fixed price approach was a definite plus point when we were making our decision on contractor, and being able to start, and finish, to our required timescale was a great benefit to us. We are happy to recommend Avonvale Developments to anyone seeking a high quality build.
