They where punctual, they where extremely quick completing the job. The price was fair I didn't feel I was being over charged .

John arrived Promptly once invited to give a quote. I agreed a Price & the next day John asked if this afternoon would be OK. By all means yes come along, owing to all the Rain we are having I wanted the repair done ASAP. John arrived & continued with the problem, he showed me a Photograph of the problem which was a torn Felt & a Birds nest in situe. The repair was completed to my satisfaction I thanked John for his Prompt response, I Shook his hand & again thanked him. A Very satisfied customer. Well recommended I Will definitely use them again.

John came the day I put tge job up and gave me a quote there and then. Seemed really amenable, trustworthy and good price so agree to him doing the work. All good. Unfortunately from the agreed start date on it was excuse after excuse to not answering the phone or messages at all. I've wasted 4 weeks with a hole in my house and now have to start all over again trying to find someone else (and can't really go back to the other people who quoted me as its been so long). So, no, I do not recommend
