The company came to quote and seemed very helpful and friendly. They didn't show up on the planned day but then came the following day, and all seemed fine, they even did work on my neighbours. After the work was completed there were issues with poor quality of finish which included leaks in guttering, raised roof tiles and broken materials. They came up after advising them of these and little could be done about it, however I was still having problems afterwards. When I contacted them again regarding futher issues myself and my neighbours were having, they ignored messages and only when I got a second opinion from another roofer, whom advised a lot of issues with the work that had been done, they then got back in touch advising their confidence in their work. They said they'd be back in touch the next day and would come back out to inspect but have not hear anything since. Had to fork out for another roofer to rectify the works.
