Well satisfied. Work was done quickly and competently by two very polite and friendly young men.

The workmanship was excellent (damp course work), but they found clearing up afterwards more of a problem than they had anticipated as they didn't bring dust sheets to cover furniture although we had been told they would. We were also disappointed that the sales rep. gave us some misleading information initially. The men were friendly and worked hard. I would definitely use them again.

my understanding of the contract with weather dry insulations was to install dry rods by drilling all across the outside front wall of my house the one side and part of the back the workmen came on the agreed date to install the dry rods but looking at the walls told me in their opinion they were unable to do the work due to the rendering on the walls and other problems,they rang their supervisor to confirm their findings the supervisor agreed with them,they said it would be possible to install the installation on inside walls. I told them i did not want that done,they me i had time to consider it. i am now in discussions with weatherdry installations to get my deposit returned to my bank account which is half of the total cost of the contract. samuel braddick
