First impression was great, we decided to go ahead with the job however for personal reasons we had to cancel it and this is when problem started. We had a problem with getting our deposit back. Originally paid with card but refund was only possible via cheque. First cheque arrived and had a problem with company signature and we were talking back and forward with bank and this company as they were avoiding to send us another cheque. After many weeks we finally got second check Maybe is a good company to do the work but giving you a money back is a nightmare.

Great going ahead with this company reasonably priced and local.

Good service and professional

Weatherdry are fantastic. They came to view the property and quoted for the work there and then. Because it was a small job that needed to be completed quickly, they were great at slotting the work in around other jobs in the area. Always easy to talk to on the phone and very helpful. Delivered above an beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend!

Does what it says on the tin though a little pricey. Since having stormdry, the front of house walls are no longer damp and cold, and house feels warmer. I have not had a winter yet but confident that house will be much warmer and energy bills will be lower. I would definitely recommend them.

The company cancelled undertaking my job after I paid a deposit of £685. After surveying, they said they might not be able to rectify my damp wall, no problem with that. Best to be honest and I appreciate that. It took a few phone calls over a two week period before they sent out a cheque to me. The cheque was for £638 instead of the £685 I paid, a difference of £47 with no explanation. I rang them to rectify this. They asked me to post the first cheque back to them (at my own expense) which I did. There is still no sign of my repayment for the full amount. They wouldn't refund me via the same method of payment; they insist on a cheque. I paid via credit card so as it stands, I am paying interest for the amount which they are stalling to refund. It has been 7 weeks since I paid the company. Wish me luck!

Excellent service Very professional and completed the job on time

They came on time and done a very professional job. Jon and Ryan where great people . Cleaned up after and also gave positive advice . I will definitely be calling whether dry again 100%

Good fair price, work was completed clean and tidy. Further work was required several months later and they came straight out and rectified
