A truly excellent service. From speaking to the kind staff to the nice sales person and lovely surveyor the job was booked and completed in a week, the quote was cheaper and has a 25 year guarantee. The chaps that did the work were very helpful, the job was efficiently handled and they cleaned up afterwards too. 10/10 I recommend Weatherdry for all your damp properly needs.

Job completed but unsure of the effect yet. Took a while to complete the job and didn't turn up for one of the appointments. I had to chase constantly after this.

The problem of damp patches in the bedroom did not go away after treatment. The cleaning, preparation and painting were good but the sealing of the under window sills was poor. After telephone contact with the company no follow up happened. The problem was solved by personally tackling the lack of proper filler around the sills.

Really good to work with, quick response great customer service and knowledgeable staff attended my house.

The plaster was a first class job none better

Asked for wall insulation due to temperature drop in certain rooms connected to outside wall, had a rep round to inspect and they suggested getting the outside brickwork painted with some solution to help, which I asked if it was a water repellent I was told the cause is if brickwork is damp it causes cold. The work they did hasn't made the slightest difference as the temperature is still colder than the rest of the house, as there wasn't any damp issues I don't know why they suggested it.

Quote was very reasonable. They did the job well, friendly and polite and cleaned up when they had finished. I would recommend them for your damp proofing.
