James did a great job for us. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. He was able to come out on the same day I contacted him; he isolated our collapsed radiator and blanked off the pipes on the same day. Then came back on an agreed time and date. He was very considerate made sure to lay towels and kept everything clean and tidy. His work was also excellent and I would definitely call him again if the need arises.

Wouldn't normally bother to post feedback but thought James provided an outstanding service. Very polite, proper gentleman even took his shoes off to walk through without being asked. Carried out the job with a confidence that makes you feel at ease. Also took time to advise and address some other plumbing issues at no extra charge. I won't hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone who asks "do you know a good plumber?", I certainly do now. I also wouldn't hesitate to have him back for any further plumbing or gas fitting job in future. A refreshing change in a world seemingly full of incompetence. Thanks James.
