James was very efficient. He came at a convenient time, assessed the problem and explained what was wrong. He was able to complete the repair there and then. We were very pleased with the service received and would recommend James without hesitation.

James has just left after finishing the job and I have been so impressed I have sat down immediately to write this short review. James came out to quote straight away (to replace 3 taps and one shower) and gave us a very reasonable quote. We were impressed with his politeness and knowledge of what was required. We hired him to do the work and we are very glad we did. One of the taps in particular was in a hard to access position but James was more than up to the task. He was kind enough to come back a second time (at no extra cost) as I had made a mistake when ordering the shower and it had not come in time for his first visit. James is a hard worker, gets on with the job, and knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone who requires a friendly, knowledgable and efficient plumber/gas engineer. I'm glad I have his number now, for when you need to call a plumber you can trust.

Hiring James to fit our new boiler was the best choice we made, he is extremely professional and a polite and trustworthy tradesman. James went out of his way to help us look for the boiler and for the best possible price. He is a genuine and honest person nothing was ever a hassle or problem although we changed our minds about certain things several times not once did he complain . His quote was extremely resonable. Had been wanting a toilet flush repair for some time. Came across MyBuilder and contacted the first plumber who came up in my area. James from JDG contacted me straight away and arranged to come out the next day to see what work was required. He then arranged to carry-out the work the next day. Arrived as he said he would, on time and did a great job on the toilet. Very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend.
