He came the next day to my gutters which were leaking. Very polite and helpful. Done a great job and reasonable price. Would use again and would recommend.

Chris came very quickly to replace a cracked soil pipe and repair a downpipe. He provided the cheapest quote and did the work quickly to a high standard. Very professional and already hiring Chris again for additional work.

Excellent customer service throughout from start to finish. Chris was super responsive to any messages sent and kept me updated on the start of the works. Our initial meeting was back in August and he kept me updated throughout and provided me with a more than reasonable quote for the works to be done. Chris and his team were professional throughout and tidy (not a clean job). They removed some old drainage pipes and and guttering and removed all rubbish, as well as replacing the drainage and guttering and also some painting which I couldn't reach myself. Overall, a superb job. I will be having Chris and his team back in the early spring to undertake further work on the rear of my property. If Carlsberg did pointing companies.............

Originally I gave this a positive review, but 11 months later I removed the rating after zooming in on the top of the gable end with my video camera and viewing the pointing there. I am giving it a negative rating, but its probably neutral. My house was built in 1910 and other than a slight bit of patching the other half of the lime pointing on the house is still OK. Chris did come back and improve a little on the pointing at the top end of the gable end, but I know he was here a few hours at the most and only used a ladder and not scaffolding. Only time will tell if the pointing is going to last, but I do have concerns about the depth of the tuck pointing and the lime/sand mixture. Chris repointed the front and gable end of the property.

Quality all round. Great communication from start to finish - he text ahead of time to confirm arrangements and showed up exactly when he said he would - both for the estimate and doing the job. Very informative and took time to explain some of the issues he found whilst doing the job that he thought we should be aware of. Great workmanship, and very friendly. Cleaned up and hosed down when they were done - very considerate of our home. Chris is now in my phone for all future jobs as he is a diamond. I would recommend him and his team very highly. Thank you Chris for your hard work today, we truly appreciate you.
